Susy
Il
piccolo residence Casa Susy, di recente costruzione, è situato in
una tranquilla strada laterale a ca. 300 m dal centro di Voltino.
Giardino con piscina di 4 m di diametro. Ai due appartamenti a piano
terra si accede attraverso una piccola area verde (nuova) e il
terrazzo, raggiungibile salendo 3 scalini. L’appartamento al primo
piano, di dimensioni più ampie, dispone di un ingresso separato sul
lato anteriore della casa. Tutti gli appartamenti sono di nuova
costruzione e dispongono di riscaldamento, TV satellitare, balcone o
terrazzo. In una lavanderia separata si trova una lavatrice ad uso
comune. I parcheggi si trovano direttamente davanti agli
appartamenti. L’ampio giardino offre anche la possibilità di
barbecue.

kleine neuerbaute Appartementsanlage Casa Susy liegt in einer
ruhigen Seitenstrasse ca. 300 Meter vom Ortszentrum Voltino entfernt.
Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Pool mit 4 Meter Durchmesser.
Die beiden unteren Wohnungen werden jeweils ueber einen begruenten
Vorgarten, der neu angelegt wurde, und Terrasse (3 Stufen) betreten.
Die obere grössere Wohnung besitzt einen separaten Eingang auf der
Vorderseite. Alle Wohnungen sind neu eingerichtet und verfügen über
Heizung, Sat-Tv, Balkon oder Terrasse. Eine für alle Mieter
gemeinsam nutzbare Waschmaschine ist in einem separaten Raum
vorhanden, Abrechnung dafür erfolgt nach Stromverbrauch. Parkplätze
sind direkt vor den Wohnungen. Im grossen Garten kann man auch
grillen.

a quiet side street about 300 meters from the center of Voltino. It
has a garden with a swimming pool 4 meters in diameter. The two
ground floor apartments are accessed through a small garden (new)
and the terrace with three steps. The first floor apartment, which
is larger, has a separate entrance on the front of the building. All
the apartments have been remodeled and have heating, cable TV, and a
balcony or terrace. A separate laundry room has a washing machine
that is shared with the other guests (electricity charged per use).
Parking spaces are in front of the apartments. Barbecuing is
possible in the spacious garden.
